At Pretti Xclusive, your satisfaction is our priority! Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Hair Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs, bundles, or any hair items due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Clothing & Beauty Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

Note: Pretti Xclusive reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Local Drop-Off (Surrounding Areas): Available for select areas within Waco, TX.
Drop-offs are scheduled within 48 hours of order completion.
